Responsibilities
• Provide strategic plan and delivery on key CM/CEI project needs and initiatives• Prepare and deliver presentations required to win work• Recognize opportunities for strategic growth and build and lead teams to meet these opportunities• Establish relationships with clients, industry associations, and other potential consultant teams• Oversee a wide variety of bridge and highway projects for WisDOT• Act as liaison between management and clients• Hire, mentor, and expand team experience and client base• Serve as primary point of contact to client• Manage multi-disciplined projects• Travel may be required within WisDOT SWR
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years of related experience or equivalent• US citizenship is required• Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test• Position may be subject to a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record Screening• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin• 10+ years of project and client management experience• Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects
