Top City law firm is seeking a Construction Legal PA to join their busy Construction team in London on a permanent basis.
•Salary £44,000
•Hybrid Working (2 days remote working)
•9.30am to 5.30pm
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Construction Legal PA to join a highly regarded City law firm. Experience gained within Construction or Litigation would be advantageous.
Construction Legal PA Duties:
•Support Lawyers with marketing and BD activities
•Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
•Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
•Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
•Enter new contact information onto the CRM system InterAction
•Assist with BD pitches
•Assist Lawyers in the billing and credit control process
Requirements as a Construction Legal PA:
•Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience, ideally within Construction or Litigation
•Experienced gained from a recognised law firm
•Fast, accurate typing skills
•Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
•Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
