Construction Estimator Seeking an experienced commercial construction management professional to provide estimating and budgeting tasks through the pre-construction and bidding phases of projects.

•Includes early conceptual budgets, budget evaluations through design phases, subcontractor/supplier bidding processes to establish final construction budgets or hard bid estimates
.•De-scoping and vetting of proposals to ensure proper coverage and compare to competitive bids for use in final budgets and project buyout.
Construction Estimator Qualifications: 5 years of experience in commercial construction processes and practices
