Your DaytoDay: In your role as a Crew Member or Assistant Crew Leader youll experience a typical day working alongside skilled colleagues creating beautiful longlasting outdoor spaces for our customers. Reporting directly to your crew leader youll contribute to a team that values efficiency problemsolving and a strong commitment to showing up and giving your best effort.

Experience: Assistant Crew Leader: $24 per hour
1 years experience in framing carpentry or deck building.
Crew Member: $20 per hour
6 months experience in a building trades position. Ability to read a tape measure and identify tools.
Transportation: Posses a valid driver s license and reliable transportation to ensure consistent ontime arrival to job sites.
Communication: Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Physical Requirements: The ability to bend stoop and lift 50 pounds with prolonged standing.
