Role Expectations:
Punctual Hard worker Want to be with a great company long term Have the drive to push yourself and move up to a lead/management position Get along well with coworkers Want to be a part of a great team and help build positive culture! Requirements 6 months experience in general construction. We will fully train on carpentry, demolition, tile work, framing and basic plumbing! Experience onloading/offloading trucks Experience with demolition, framing, installation is a huge plus Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs consistently. For insurance purposes Construction Apprentice must be able to pass a background and DMV check. Benefits We provide the truck and the tools! 40 hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x). Typical schedule is Monday- Friday + overtime Hourly pay rate is $20-22/hr. Ability to promote to Lead Installer within 2-4 months (with pay bump, daily bonuses and extra perks)! On average, our Construction Apprentice are promoted to leads within 3-6 months and make $80-90k within one year of employment!
