Position Summary:
As a Connection Advisor Outreach, you'll provide essential support to our departments and programs, facilitating centralized referrals and appointment scheduling. With a focus on customer service and utilizing technology, you'll address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and promote patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointments through outreach calls
- Respond to inquiries from patients, physicians, and staff
- Utilize electronic health records and departmental technology effectively
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments
- Accurately capture patient information and insurance details
- Collaborate with clinics and services to meet scheduling needs
- Maintain quality standards and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in data entry and customer service
- Proficiency in phone systems and medical terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Healthcare call center experience
- Knowledge of clinical referrals
