Responsibilities
• Supervise Foreman and Assistant Superintendents• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within budget• Foster a safety culture and proactively identify job-site hazards• Collaborate with Production Manager and Project Manager• Develop and maintain quality controls• Represent the Company and interact with stakeholders• Motivate, mentor, and develop direct reports• Complete administrative tasks and comply with regulations• Administer D.O.T. and CDL compliance• Perform any other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• 2-3 years of heavy construction experience• 2-3 years of supervising field personnel• Experience in production scheduling and materials ordering• Fluency in English• Valid driver's license, preferably CDL• Clean motor-vehicle record• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check
