Based in Kent, WA and servicing the Pacific Northwest, we have just catapulted into mid-sized! We specialize in Concrete Repairs and Traffic Coatings, and are looking to add a mid-senior level Project Manager to the team. To be considered you must have a Commercial GC background and be comfortable working with all client types including private clients and developers, universitas and healthcare, and government.

What You Will Be Doing The Project Manager, in partnership with the Superintendent, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project. This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, and providing management of project budget, schedule, and quality. Additionally, the Project Manager oversees contractual requirements and documentation. Project Managers help lead the way in providing a good experience for everyone involved.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of Project Management experience within Commercial GC
- Hands-on experience with concrete / traffic coatings / waterproofing
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients
