Concrete Production Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Concrete Production Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Oversee and coach employees Ensure the safe use of equipment. Check production output according to specifications Submit reports on performance and progress Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency Maintaining communication between employees and Plant Manager to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources. Forklift driving requirement. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Ensure the plant maintains proper stock inventories Demonstrate a lead by example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety, be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times. Other duties as assigned. Qualification and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising a team of 10+ employees High school diploma.
