Concrete Plant Maintenance Supervisor

What you will do:
* Lead and train maintenance employees.
* Develop annual maintenance schedules for our 7 plants along with managing day-to-day maintenance schedules.
* Collaborate with plant supervisors and the operation manager to ensure all facilities stay best in class.
* Welding and fabricating.
* Basic Fabrication/welding work (heavy focus on Stick with small amounts of MIG work) on metal structures around concrete plant.
* Precision fabrication/welding work inside of aggregate bins.
* Assist with training personnel in proper operation and maintenance around the Plant.
