Responsibilities
• Work quickly and safely to meet production goals• Follow daily production schedule and activities• Participate in job-site and safety meetings• Ensure job-site is safe and traffic is controlled• Communicate with paver operator, truck drivers, and laborers• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment• Report equipment problems to supervisor• Maintain a clean job site• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors• Provide excellent service to customers
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED preferred• 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred• Ability to speak, read, and write English preferred• Current driver's license preferred• Pass drug and alcohol screening and background check
