Concrete Estimator

Position Overview: We are seeking a Concrete Estimator to provide accurate estimates for concrete construction projects. The successful candidate will analyze blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare concrete project estimates.
Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate estimates for concrete construction projects. Develop accurate quantity take-offs for labor, materials, and equipment required for concrete construction. Perform site visits for commercial or residential concrete projects to ensure accurate estimates. Gather pricing from subcontractors and suppliers to create detailed cost estimates. Calculate costs related to labor, materials, and equipment for concrete flatwork or site work. Develop detailed estimates using Bluebeam and other software. Communicate with general contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation and records of estimates and related materials. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in the concrete construction industry. Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork and site work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software such as Bluebeam. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent technical and communication skills.
