Monitor the front lobby and entrance area for cleanliness Greet and direct all visitors in a friendly and helpful manner Answer all incoming calls timely Respond to resident and family members questions and concerns Organize and distribute incoming mail Requirements: A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable) Strong customer service presentation High school diploma preferred, but not required Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC and its affiliated companies are Equal Employment Opportunity employers.
