Concierge Responsibilities As a Concierge, you will assist the Nursing Home Administrator with the day-to-day operations of the facility. The Concierge will also provide administrative support to facility personnel and provide support with business office functions. This role is dynamic and will perform a wide variety of support duties for several facility programs.
Concierge Requirements College degree required, Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred. Knowledge and experience in the admissions process preferred. Previous work experience with social services programs preferred. Ability to present professional image through appearance, behavior, and speech. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community.
