For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Summary The Concessions Team Leader is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the concessions team to deliver exceptional guest experiences during events. This position requires strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills to ensure efficient operations, effective team management, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Areas of Responsibility Develop and implement strategies to optimize concession operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate guest satisfaction. Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Collaborate with management to set goals and objectives aligned with organizational objectives. Exercise sound judgment and make timely decisions to address operational challenges and ensure smooth event execution. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands and optimize productivity. Act as a point of escalation for issues and conflicts, resolving them promptly and effectively. Work closely with Concessions Managers and other departmental leaders to align strategies, achieve organizational goals, and enhance performance. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Essential Job Duties Provide direction and guidance to concessions staff before, during, and after events. Monitor concession areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock replenishment as needed. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and service. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to optimize supply chain operations. Assist in training new hires and conducting ongoing training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional activities and special events to drive sales and guest engagement. Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, entering tips, and record-keeping, as required. Other duties assigned. Apply to Levy today!
