Concentrator Operator 1, 2, or 3Location:East Boulder Mine - McLeod, MTSchedule:Rotating - 5x4x4x5Day Shift: 7:00am - 6:30pmNight Shift: 7:00pm - 6:30amJob Responsibilities and Duties:This position will function as a plant operator for the mine concentrator and surface facilities. The primary job functions will include operating the plant crushing, grinding, flotation, and concentrate handling systems; monitoring and recording information to ensure proper plant performance; making process decisions using the DCS control system; checking, adjusting and mixing reagent chemicals; operating forklifts and skid steer loader; operating surface loader and haul truck; and performing clean up in all mill areas as directed. Secondary functions may include assisting maintenance crews and performing other duties as assigned by the discretion of a supervisor.Qualifications and Skills:Required:Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven safety record. Understanding of and strong commitment to all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Basic computer skills. Preferred:High school graduate with math and science skills.
