Job Summary Alluvionic is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst III to support the United States Marshals Service – Judicial Security Division (JSD). The Computer Systems Analyst III  will coordinate with Internet Technology Division (ITD) and the Judicial Security Division (JSD) with SharePoint Online system and technology governance.
*Must be a US Citizen to be considered for this position.*
Must be able to pass a background Investigation (BI) for a clearance of Public Trust. *This is an on site position.*
Salary Range: $ 93k yearly

The Computer Systems Analyst III performs, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Responsibilities: Responsible for gathering SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online requirements, ensuring Active Directory (AD) security groups, personnel, and system permissions and accounts are accurately identified. Assists with the strategic development and enhancement of JSD SharePoint and SharePoint Online information support systems. Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and related issues on JSD SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online platforms. Communicate project status and issues regularly to stakeholders and senior managers, including leaders and team members. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Implement agile best practices to transform and modernize existing and future SharePoint development efforts. Interpret ITD/JSD technology governance and communicate significance to nontechnical JSD stakeholders; provide technical input to ITD as needed. Provide insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure JSD strategies are aligned with the overall USMS strategy and market conditions. Coordinates user requests and identifies requirement solutions. Provide UI/UX design consultation for SharePoint sites based on prior experience in web development. Serves as a Technology Solutions Center customer technical analyst with responsibility for resolving complex customer problems. Assists in the problem management process to identify root cause analysis and resolution; deploys resolutions to all affected program offices, personnel profiles, and accounts. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : Minimum of five years of work experience related to SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automation, and Power BI development. Minimum of two years experience working with form development platforms, preferably Adobe Creative, Document, and Experience Cloud and Experience Platform. Undergraduate degree in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) required. Graduate degree preferred. A Master's Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience. Provide planning and oversight for SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online within JSD program offices with the ability to adapt to changes effectively. Superior time management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources. Ability to take direction well, strong attention to detail, and exhibit high confidentiality. ??????? Preferred Qualifications : Preferred experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Cloud Application development. Preferred certifications related to AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and Certified Data Professional (CDP).
