As Compliance Subcontracts Administrator, we are seeking someone with advanced understanding of Federal Government contracting for a role on the Acquisition Compliance Quality team. HOW A COMPLIANCE SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Monitor, audit, and evaluate direct procurement documentation to ensure compliance with the respective policies, procedures, practices, and standards. Review documentation for completeness and request assistance from supporting Subcontracts and Supply Chain organizations when necessary. Assist with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) acquisition preparations. Assist with training Acquisition Personnel on respective policies and procedures. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of degree, 6+ years of related experience in subcontracts administration or procurement required. Experience: 2+ years of related experience in subcontracts administration and/or procurement required. Understanding the principles of fair and reasonable pricing (price analysis) and price negotiations. Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and utilize a diverse set of procurement software and collaboration environments (Network Drives, SharePoint, Teams) Required Skills and Abilities: Government contracting experience. Knowledge of contracts administration practices, procedures, and processes. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as FAR, DFAR, and CAS. Effective administrative and organizational skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other functional organizations. Ability to proactively complete assignments with general supervision and follow up on tasks issued outside of the organization until a deliverable is completed. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Clearance: None needed Location : This position allows for remote work. GDIT Hybrid Employees will be expected to continue their existing hybrid commitment if selected for this role. Due to the nature of the work performed and access to restricted date, US Citizenship required.

The likely salary range for this position is $55,250 - $74,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
