Full job description Job Title: HOA Compliance Manager
Location: West Valley-Glendale, AZ
Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance Manager for the West Valley/Glendale area. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all residents and commercial properties within the community adhere to the rules and regulations outlined by the Homeowners Association (HOA). This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a firm commitment to upholding community standards.
Responsibilities: Enforcement of HOA Rules and Regulations: Monitor and enforce adherence to HOA rules and regulations by residents, ensuring the maintenance of community standards and aesthetics. Inspections and Violation Identification: Conduct regular inspections of properties within the community to identify any violations of HOA regulations such as improper landscaping, unauthorized alterations, or violations of architectural guidelines. Communication with Residents: Communicate violations to residents promptly and effectively, providing clear instructions for rectification and timelines for compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding compliance-related inquiries and concerns. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all violations, correspondence with residents, and actions taken to address non-compliance. Document all communication and enforcement actions in accordance with HOA policies and procedures. Escalation of Persistent Violations: Coordinate with the HOA board and legal counsel as necessary to address persistent or unresolved violations, including the issuance of fines or legal action if required. Educational Outreach: Develop and implement educational initiatives to increase resident awareness of HOA rules and regulations, fostering a culture of compliance within the community. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous (2+ years) experience working in property management, homeowners' associations, or a related field is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of HOA regulations, governing documents, and applicable local laws. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, board members, and the management team. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with property management software is preferred. Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and discretion when dealing with sensitive or contentious issues. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a commitment to upholding community standards and fostering a positive living environment. · This position requires a dependable vehicle and a significant amount of driving.
Salary: Starting at $21.00
