Connected Systems has a client in the East Greenwich, RI area with a contract opening for a Compliance and Documentation Engineer. Please note this role can be performed 3-4 days/wk remotely, with 1-2 days onsite in Warwick, RI.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating and maintaining compliance-related documentation, including processes & procedures.
Familiarity with product, safety, EMC, and environmental standards applicable to electronic products.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in document management systems and software tools used for requirements management and process documentation.
Candidates must have worked within an Electronics background, either Power, Electrical, Auto, Safety, Medical, where there is quite often documentation focus.
IEC 62368-1, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and functional safety standards such as IEC 61508 would be desirable.
