Job Summary:As the Complex General Manager at By the Sea Resorts in Panama City Beach, Florida, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the multiple hotel properties. This includes overseeing the hospitality department, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of quality and excellence throughout the resort. As a management role, you will also be responsible for leading and supervising a team of employees.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
