We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. Your impact:Provide monthly commission processingAssist sales and channel partner managers with commission questions in an understanding and responsive mannerAbility to analyze commission data to provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholdersGain a deep understanding of the sales cycle and related Salesforce processes to support daily commission operationsProvide commission data on sales activity, pipeline, and account management to help identify business trends or areas for improvementConduct ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational challengesAbout you:Ideally a 4-year Bachelors' degree3+ years of related work experience, preferably in a compensation support role3+ years experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), including dashboard and report building2+ years experience with commission software, preferredAdvanced skills in Microsoft ExcelSalesforce experience, including demonstrated dashboard building is requiredCommission software experience, preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment as an individual contributorYou have curiosity with a desire to dig in, troubleshoot, and solve problemsStrong time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detailYou value feedback and constantly strive to improve and learnYou have tenacity and are dependable with the ability to work autonomouslyWhat's in this for you?Amazing coverages to start.Medical, dental, and vision coverages are just the beginning!
