Working across various mediums and audiences, this team brings the enterprise strategy to life through execution to drive measurable business results. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to drive funnel velocity and customer engagement, including ideation, market research, target audience segmentation, ad and creative development and execution (in coordination with the Creative Director), digital marketing campaign performance and tactical recommendations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in marketing strategies to drive results.The ideal candidate will have a passion for strategic thinking, but be hands on keyboards.  They will leverage best-in-class technology to execute multi-channel campaigns and ultimately extract campaign insights for continued optimization. In this role, you'll:Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy to generate qualified leads and revenue opportunities - from paid digital advertising and media to community strategies You and your team will be responsible for helping to develop Foursquare's demand generation campaign program (which includes sales revenue and product-led growth)Ideate and implement comprehensive campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and deliveryCreate comprehensive campaign briefs. Coordinate and lead cross-functional kick off calls to align on campaign needs, KPIs and timelinesCollaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets; provide creative copy based on briefBuild prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy.Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive test, learn, and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channelsWork with Marketing Operations to implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROIPrepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations (working with Marketing Operations)Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as neededAlign with sales development representatives (SDRs) on external campaignsKeep abreast of industry trends and insights from analysts in order to create compelling campaignsWhat you'll need7+ years of experience in marketing demand generation and B2B marketing role in B2B tech / startup, preferably with experience in both enterprise sales and PLG Proven success delivering against goals for MQL and pipeline influence, as well as product registrationsA 'startup' mentality, with the ability to operate independently and effectively to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCopywriting experience for B2B marketing campaigns including storyboards and creative briefsExperience marketing to a technical audience (e.g. Developers, Data Scientists)Analytical with a strong attention to detailExperience in Linkedin, Marketo (or the like), Salesforce, Google Analytics, digital media, 6Sense (preferred), project management tools like AsanaYour own unique talents!
