About the Position
Foursquare is seeking a Community Manager to help manage and grow our thriving and robust community of users and developers who engage with and love Foursquare products and services.
This individual would join Foursquare's growing Marketing team responsible for bringing new products to market and growing the business. The Community Manager would work closely with other team members across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Support.
In this role, you'll 
Manage the day-to-day support needs of the community and its members by problem-solving yourself and coordinating across Foursquare teams when needed.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to plan and execute community-focused events, webinars, and hackathons.
Summarize relevant community feedback on our products and services back to our research & development teams.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Growth teams on tactics to grow and engage the community and report out metrics against goals.

What you'll need
At least two years of experience in similar or related roles
Technical depth and knowledge of developer-focused concepts including - but not limited to - relational databases, APIs, and SDKs.
Demonstrated ability to show thoughtful customer service and support when interacting with users that align with Foursquare's brand
Problem-solving skill sets to troubleshoot issues on their own or coordinate with functional teammates when needed
