JOB DUTIES: Hybrid Responsibilities include:
Conducting community events at client locations Assistant to the Director: Duties Include Handling incoming calls and messages from potential clients, with a focus on establishing emotional connections and building relationships Identifying client needs and coordinating care by referring them to the appropriate service lines Effectively communicating detailed information to the relevant teams Performing other tasks assigned by the Director Qualifications: A patient and empathetic approach to listening. Exhibits strong telephone etiquette and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates a keen eye for detail, with a methodical approach and adeptness at multitasking and time management. Proficient in using computers and well-versed in Microsoft products. Dependable, self-motivated, and possesses a strong work ethic while working effectively within a team. Prior experience in office setting required. Healthcare experience a plus.
