Farm Smart is an educational outreach program of the Desert Research and Extension Center in Holtville, CA. It began in 2001 and continues to grow and educate through the Winter Visitor and K-12 programs. To date, Farm Smart has reached over 168,000 people. Position Summary:
Supervises administrative staff performing routine and / or largely operational duties using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Supervises day-to-day operations. Ensures quality control and compliance with established standards and procedures for assigned programs. Assigns, monitors and reviews progress and accuracy of work of staff. This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed. Pay Scale: $51,700.00/year to $70,400.00/year
This position will promote, in all ways consistent with the other responsibilities of the position, accomplishment of the Affirmative Action goals established by the Division.
