Responsibilities
• Secure and negotiate Utility Access Agreements and Service Provider Partnership agreements with MDU owners• Develop plans to secure new residential business through partnerships• Create and maintain a weekly sales pipeline• Perform quality work within deadlines• Work effectively as a team contributor• Work independently while coordinating with others• Negotiate terms for securing new residential customers• Develop financial models for analysis of new opportunities• Attend local community events to promote Omni Fiber• Identify competitive threats and report to leadership
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing• Experience in sales, account management, or customer service• Clear communication skills• Deep knowledge of Cable/Telecom industries• Positive attitude and community representation• Experience working with cross-functional teams• Detail-oriented with confidentiality• Ability to handle multiple projects• Relationship-building skills• Proficient in MS Office• Effective time management• Flexibility to work varying hours• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
