Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Pfizer is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Pfizer's products and services- Create engaging content for company websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events- Provide support for internal communication initiatives, such as employee newsletters and company meetings

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field- 1 year of experience in a communications role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
