What You'll Do:
As a Communications Manager reporting to the Director of Brand & Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our department's initiatives and goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the content creation and publishing process
Developing thought leadership content to enhance brand awareness
Proofreading and editing content across various platforms
Crafting messages and scripts for internal presentations
Ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all channels
Managing social media channels and seeking press opportunities
Cultivating media relationships and staying current on industry news
Providing communication training to partners and senior managers
Tracking and analyzing results to improve success
What You'll Need:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Minimum of 5 years of professional communications experience
Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
Proficiency in copywriting and proofreading
Ability to simplify complex topics into understandable content
Experience managing corporate social media pages
Familiarity with professional services industries
Strong relationship-building and multitasking abilities
Commitment to quality and attention to detail
