Develop and implement an annual outreach plan to support member development. Member Needs Assessment and Product Improvement You'll serve as a vital link between our members and IRIS, focusing on understanding member needs to improve our offerings. You'll do this by gathering feedback through a variety of means (conversations, work groups, surveys) and using that feedback to inform a prioritized list of product enhancements. Required Qualifications* Bachelor's degree.
