Leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Commissioning Project Manager for their Cleveland team!
Responsibilities: Project/Client management Assist with business development including proposal preparation/administering contracts Manage project/design process Supervise staff Develop/execute project-specific commissioning plan (design review, system installation verification and functional performance testing) Develop spreadsheet analyses and written reports Perform field assessments and on-site commissioning activities Perform functional testing/activation of Building Systems (MEP/Controls Systems) Attend client meetings Ensure plans/final reports meet QA/QC standards Prepare building energy/resource use analysis through building energy simulation software (Energy Gauge, IES VE, HAP, TRACE) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred 8+ years of commissioning experience in the Building industry PE License preferred Strong knowledge of MEP/FP Building systems design/construction processes Knowledge of Test and Balance process/procedures CBCP, CCP, CPMP or CxA Certification required
LEED AP with specialty preferred
Experience using Revit/energy simulation software
USGBC LEED Enhanced and Fundamental commissioning tasks and credit completion
Salary is commensurate with experience.
