Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team and help us strengthen our presence in the commercial flooring market. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and nurturing business relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering high-quality sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop business opportunities through a consultative approach to sales and customer relationships. Understand customer needs, develop proposals, and close sales. Prospect and develop new relationships within commercial flooring markets. Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape. Employ best practices in sales processes, systems, and skills to maximize sales results. Support company initiatives and goals, and identify growth opportunities. Analyze data, track trends, and report regularly on sales performance. Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial sales A track record of success in selling flooring solutions Strong understanding of territory sales and customer relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits - Salary range: $75K-$100K
