Superintendent Qualifications: • Expert ability to manage project time-lines and budgets
• Experience with project of $3M
• Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
• Industry consistent work history
• 3-5 years' experience as a Superintendent, OR 5 years as Roofing Project Manager
