Position Overview Oversee daily operations of the commercial roofing division Source and engage with new clients in order to expand the business Ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner Be a leader and mentor, motivating staff to work together effectively Manage budgets, resources, and timelines Monitor employee performance and provide feedback Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to increase the divisions profitability Keep up-to-date with changes in roofing regulations, technology, and trends Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new staff Ensure that all safety protocols are followed Address customer inquiries and complaints Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or similar field 7+ years of experience in the commercial roofing industry Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other related software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong leadership and management skills Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
