Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney for a California-based law firm. This opportunity is fully remote, must be licensed to practice in CA. Qualifications: • 5 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, including new development projects, leasing, and transactional real estate matters.
• 5 years commercial real estate experience with leases, acquisitions and financing is a huge plus
• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school and licensed to practice in CA
• Must satisfy Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) requirements to maintain active license to practice law.
Duties/requirements: • Purchase agreements/options
•Ground leases/options
•Commercial leases
•Master leases
•Easements. Lots of easements. Including reciprocal easement agreements required for vertical subdivisions
•Entity formation documents (just the pre-investor versions)
•Licenses/rights of entry
•DDA's
•Loan docs (usually just predev and acquisition)
• Title review/escrow instructions/closing stuff
•Construction contracts
•Architecture contracts
•Consultant contracts
