Communicate project milestones, progress updates, and any deviations from the original plan to stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business opportunities. Quality Assurance and Safety:
Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards. Enforce safety protocols and regulations on construction sites to create a secure working environment for all personnel. Team Leadership and Development:
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including onsite supervisors and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Qualifications:

Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Procore). Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain certification. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
