Commercial Project Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects. The successful candidate will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensure that all projects are completed on time and within the given budget, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed according to their requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Develop plans and define project objectives, goals, and deliverables. Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Mange customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Coordinate and lead internal and external teams to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Communicate project status to relevant parties. Review and analyze project performance metrics to develop improvement plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Commercial Project Management. Experience in managing projects that involve Skylights, Commercial, or Residential work Excellent problem solving and decision making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational, leadership, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in project management software.
