Commercial Loan Officer

The Gig: As a commercial loan officer, you'd be responsible for maintaining client relationships to originate and close a high volume of quality commercial loans.

Responsibilities: Maintain relationships with clients to increase reoccurring production and originate commercial loans. Grow portfolio by bringing in new business and cross-selling to clients. Maintain client database, client and customer calling/monitoring efforts, marketing, and referrals. Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations for borrowing requests. Expedite production by communicating commercial lending policies and procedures. Monitor the credit risk of the portfolio. Create awareness of the bank through community activity. Stay abreast of all federal and bank policies and procedures. Qualifications: 5-8 years in commercial lending, analysis, or business development. Experience with middle market C&I lending. High School Diploma or equivalent – required; Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant discipline – preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Exceptional networking and relationship building skills. The Pay: Our client offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The pay range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 per year, and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
