Primary Job Responsibilities :
Account Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts with premium ranges from $500 to $500,000. Demonstrate expertise in the remarketing of existing accounts, ensuring optimal coverage and client satisfaction. Policy Administration: Proficiently quote policies, process changes online across various insurance company platforms, and facilitate audit processing. Execute endorsement, cancellation, audit, and recommendation processes with precision. Skillfully handle claims processing and ensure timely follow-up. Client Communication: Engage in daily correspondence with clients, producers, and insurance company underwriters to maintain effective communication channels. Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Documentation and Compliance: Update client applications, Acord forms, and Supplemental applications to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of various insurance company websites. Policy Processing: Efficiently process new and renewal policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Administrative Duties: Issue Auto ID cards promptly and accurately. Conduct daily activity follow-up to ensure tasks are completed within established timelines. Colleague Support: Provide desk coverage for colleagues during their time off, maintaining a seamless workflow and supporting team cohesion. Requirements :
Minimum of 8 years experience. Property and Casualty licensed. Proficient working knowledge and experience with commercial insurance markets, coverages and companies. Working knowledge of the following lines of business: General Liability, Property, BOP, CPP, Commercial Auto, Commercial Umbrella, Workers Compensation, Disability, EPLI, Cyber, Directors and Officers. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Previously managed a book of $4 Million or more. Preferred: Proficiency in EPIC
