We are seeking an experienced Account Executive & Office Manager with strong leadership skills to effectively manage our renewal book and lead a service team consisting of four support account managers. Your organizational and time management expertise will be critical in ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage client service and renewal book as the team leader
Oversee a service team composed of four account managers
Onboard large amounts of new business, and place new and renewal business
Possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage the team
Utilize hyper-organizational abilities to ensure efficient workflow
Master time management techniques to optimize productivity
Delegate and document client interactions and service requests for accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications:
Seeking skilled commercial insurance service professional with 5+ years of experience
Experience managing a team
Positive attitude and can-do spirit
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
Compensation:
Competitive Salary commensurate with experience + Commission

Full-Time, M-F, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
