Commercial HVAC Technician Pay Range: Negotiable, depending on experience.

Job Duties: Perform preventive maintenance, commissioning, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, VRV systems, boilers, pumps, and associated equipment and controls. Start up and commission new HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Communicate effectively with fellow technicians, engineers, managers, and clients. Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a Certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). Strong technical aptitude and a solid work ethic. Factory training provided; experience in commercial HVAC systems is a plus. Benefits: Full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Performance-based incentive plan. 1 to 3 weeks of vacation per year, increasing with tenure. Additional PTO: 4 hours each month after 90 days' employment. ½ Health insurance paid (employee or family).
