Commercial Estimator

Based in Portland, OR, we work on a wide range of construction services for commercial and industrial facilities and are looking for a Commercial Estimator with over 5+ years of Experience to join our team. We offer our expertise in Class 1 cleanrooms, data centers, office spaces, and more!
Key Responsibilities: Source and analyze potential vendors for construction and engineering projects Provide accurate and timely estimates and bids for all construction and engineering projects Monitor the progress of projects and update stakeholders on the status of projects Negotiate prices and contracts with vendors Stay up to date on industry trends and developments Develop relationships with vendors and stakeholders Prepare presentations for client meetings and other events Qualifications: 5+ years of Estimating experience in commercial work Strong knowledge of estimating techniques and principles Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Benefits Employees receive a long list of exceptional benefits, including a competitive salary, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous retirement savings options, and more!
