Seeking a highly motivated Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team.
Commercial Superintendent Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the construction project from pre-construction through project completion Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the project Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met Maintain a safe and clean work environment Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Commercial Superintendent Requirements:
