Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities.• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance.• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors for efficient project progress.• Inspect sites to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to plans.• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain schedules.• Address and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and challenges.• Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and stakeholders.• Maintain accurate and detailed daily reports.• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and within budget.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
