Commercial Construction Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Founded more than four decades ago, our Commercial General Contracting firm has steadily expanded and is now celebrated as one of the foremost general contractors in the West Texas region.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing and overseeing the construction of a variety of commercial projects. This role is responsible for overseeing the bidding process, quality control, and completion of projects on time and within budget. 
The ideal candidate will be located in or to the west of Fort Worth in order to report to Fort Worth office and occasional worksite visits. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and track project budgets, timelines, and scope of work to ensure successful completion. Advise on the best construction methods and materials for each project. Coordinate and oversee the bidding process for subcontractors. Ensure that subcontractors adhere to all safety, legal, and quality standards. Monitor project progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct weekly and monthly project reviews. Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during construction. Qualifications:
5+ years experience in managing commercial construction projects. Experience managing K-12 and municipal projects a major plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Extensive knowledge of commercial construction processes, methods, and materials. Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to report to Fort Worth office. Benefits - $110,000 - $125,000 base salary (depending on experience)
