Commercial Construction Project Manager

A highly-respected commercial construction company is seeking a Project Manager to join their organization. This company develops a wide range of projects, typically in the $10M - $75M range. Focusing on building client relationship they pride themselves on repeat business and developing long lasting relationships with their clients.

Project Manager Qualifications:
* Must have a proven work history working with a Commercial General Contractor
* 5+ years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $5M or larger from start to finish
* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
* Practical experience in project management
* Excellent people skills
