Role Description Red Cedar Homes is looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Construction Operations Manager to join our team. The Commercial Construction Operations Manager will manage projects in a seamless fashion, coordinate the buyout process, review and process submittal packages and coordinate field operations. Additionally, they will identify, train and mentor field staff and act as a liaison between field superintendents and office-based management. This role will involve leading a growing team while ensuring deadlines are met and operations are organized.

Primary Responsibilities
• Manage projects in a seamless fashion. • Coordinate the buyout process. • Review and process submittal packages. • Manage and coordinate field operations. • Lead field operations. Identify, train and mentor field staff. • Act as liaison between field superintendents and office-based project management. • Oversee cost control and financial reporting for construction projects. • Maintain a construction schedule. • Update progress reporting. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, project management and suppliers to ensure project success and efficient project completion. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all construction sites. • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. • Resolve and issues or conflicts during the construction process. • Keep up to date on industry trends and practices to improve operations. • Participate in selecting vendors and subcontractors. • Prepare and present reports. • Lead a growing team. Ability to read, analyze and interpret. Valid driver's license. Schedule: • Monday-Friday, standard daytime hours; 8 am - 5 pm. Occasional weekend work may be required. Job Type: • Full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week. Salary Range: • $90,000-$120,000 per year • Vehicle allowance.
