This is an amazing opportunity for experienced Lead Installers who are seeking stability and career growth within a reputable organization.The Lead Installer will play a crucial role in the succesful completion of commercial fence projects.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLay out and install commercial fence projects from start to finish- Effectively lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 individuals- Operate a skid loader and haul trailers- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards- Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and project requirementsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specifications- Proficient in using hand and power tools- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in commercial fence installation- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and leadership abilitiesQualifications- 5+ years of Commercial Fence Installation experience- Minimum of 2 years as a lead supervisor for a crew of at least 2-4 people- Must possess a Class E (chauffer's License in the state of Missouri) with a good driving record- Skilled in operating a skid loader and hauling trailers- Ability to complete a commercial fence project from layout to installationBenefits:Top-tier benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, HSA program, dental, and 401k planNo overight travelApply now for the next step in your Commercial Fence Career!
