Estimator Qualifications: Must have a proven work history working with a Commercial General Contractor 5+ years experience estimating commercial construction ground up projects at least $5M or larger from start to finish Hard-Bid and/or Design Build A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
