 As a Commercial Construction Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the successful completion of construction projects and the underwriting of commercial construction loans. You will be responsible for reviewing and preparing AIA Draw Forms, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the construction process. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be vital in maintaining project timelines and budgets.
 Position Responsibilities:
 Review and prepare AIA Draw Forms to accurately track project milestones and financial disbursements. Collaborate with Loan Officers, Credit Team and Loan underwriters in preparation of a completed Credit Memorandum for presentation to the Credit Committee. Collaborate with the bank's appraiser will make sure the draw schedule is reasonable based on his knowledge of the construction costs. Ensure that draw schedules link payments with milestones in the project, such as completion of the foundation and completion of the rough framing. Ensure that the draw schedule should be roughly equal to the value of the work completed. These line-item values should be in line with estimates provide by the owner or builder in their detailed project budget and are summarized in a schedule of values. Assists the processors in the review of loan documentation prior to closing and makes appropriate parties aware of deficiencies and/or problems and assists in the actual closing as required. Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Assist in the preparation of project contracts, change orders, and other construction-related documents. Maintain accurate records and documentation of construction projects, including contracts, permits, and certificates of insurance. Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate smooth project execution. *** THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION IN EL PASO TEXAS*** Position Essential Job Functions:
- Expert proficiency in reviewing and preparing AIA Draw Forms. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thorough understanding of construction project management processes and procedures.
- Proficient in risk assessment and mitigation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
